The UK Film Council is committed to openness in all our dealings with the public, applicants, press, partners, government and other public bodies.
The Freedom of Information Act (2000) requires the UK Film Council, in common with other public bodies, to adopt and maintain a scheme which relates to the publication of information.
Freedom of Information: Publication Scheme
January 2005: As part of its responsibilities under the Freedom of Information Act, the UK Film Council has published a Publication Scheme detailing: what information the UK Film Council routinely publishes or intends to publish; how the information is published; and whether there is a charge for the information. It is not a full list of publications, since this will change as new documents are published; it is a description of the types of information published.
